On the morning June 26, 2023, People’s Committee of Hai Phong city organized the ceremony to grant Investment Registration Certificate to increase capiatal by 1 billion USD (period 2023-2025) for LG Innotek Vietnam Haiphong for Project invested in Trang Due IP, Haiphong.

In the morning of June 23, Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (Security Code: KBC) successfully organized the 2023 General Meeting of Shareholder, the Chairman Dang Thanh Tam was absent because his mother passed away on June 22. Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong – General Director cum Member of Board of Directors was authorized to chair the meeting. There were 170 attendees (including shareholders and representatives of shareholders) at the meeting, representing for 488,227,850 shares, equivalent to 488,277,850 votes, accounting for 63.6041% total votes.

Within the framework of the business trip to promote investment in Korea (from June 11 to June 14, 2023), on June 13, the Hai Phong Investment Promotion Delegation led by Mr. Le Tien Chau, Member of Communist Party Central Committee of Vietnam, Secretary of Hai Phong City Party Committee as the Head of the Delegation, had a meeting with leaders of LG Group (Vehicle Solutions and Business Solutions, LG Electronics; LG Display; LG Innotek) and visited LG Science Park (Research and Development Hub of LG Group in Korea); and worked with leaders of STS Group in Korea. The Sai Gon – Hai Phong Industrial Park Corporation which is Kinh Bac City Development Hoding Corporation’ s subsidiary is the investor for the project, with the total investment of nearly 1,600 billion VND.
